Each time that you access of use our site, you acknowledge that you have rea, understood, and agreed to be bounced by this Privacy Notice and the in2live’s Terms of Use. Any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Our Terms of use are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice or our Terms if Use, you must stop using this Site.
Collection of Personal Information
We collect information about you from a variety of sources, including but not limited to:

- From third parties, for example, in2live’s dealers, social networking platforms;

We do not sell, share or trade customers personal information collected online with third parties. Personal information collected online will only be for internal use only. When you interact with in2live, for instance by registering at in2live’s e-warranty, purchasing a product or interacting with us via our pages, e.g. “like us on facebook”, we may ask for or receive certain data, such as:
- Name;
- Delivery address;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Date of birth;
- Gender;
- Information about the products and services you have purchased;
- Your interests; and
- Other information related to your online behaviour

We generally process your personal data only for those purposes that we have communicated with you. If we use it for other (closely related) purposes, additional data protection measures will be implemented if required by law.
Your rights
Once you have provided us with your personal data, you have reasonable access to that information so that you can update, modify or, if legally possible, delete it. For this purpose, we refer you to the in2live privacy website where you can exercise your rights. On this website you can also post other privacy questions or file your privacy complaints.
You will also be provided with an opt-out opportunity in our commercial messages to you.
We encourage you to keep your personal settings and personal data complete and current.
Your choices
We want to know you better so that we can serve you better while at the same time respecting your choices about how we use your personal data.
Your personal data may be transferred from your home country to other in2live companies in different locations around the world, which may communicate with you about our products, services or special offers that you may be interested in. If local law requires it, we will ask for prior consent to transfer your personal data outside of your geographic region.
If you do not want us to send you personalized offers or information, you can let us know by ticking the appropriate box on the registration form or reply card, or by selecting “opt-out” on emails you receive.
Where local law requires it, we will ask you to “opt-in” or affirmatively consent to the processing of your personal data. For example, where local law so requires, we will only send you newsletters if you have subscribed to them. Similarly, where local law so requires, we will ask you to “opt-in” before using sophisticated profiling techniques.

While our websites are not generally targeted at children under the age of 16, it is in2live’s policy to comply with the law when it requires parent or guardian permission before children’s information is collected, used or disclosed.
We strongly recommend that parents take an active role in supervising the online activities of their children. If you believe we have collected personal data from a person who is under the age of 16, please contact us at our privacy website.
Security
We have taken steps to help protect the information we collect about you from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any information we have collected about you, and your use of our Site indicates that you understand and accept this risk.
You should take steps to protect your account by, among other things, choosing a strong password that nobody else knows or can easily guess and keeping your log-in and password information private. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010
- When you sign up for the product warranty or when you enter into any commercial transactions with the in2live (“the Company”), you may required to provide the Company with your personal data (”Personal Data”). In doing so, you consent to its use by the Company in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
- The Company shall keep your Personal Data confidential at all times. The Company’s policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security and access of Personal Data will be in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and are as set in this Notice.
- You agree that all the Personal Data provided by you to the Company and all related information may be used and retained by the Company for:
- processing your product warranty registration or any application of the Company’s program;
- providing you with the services as stated in the Company’s policies;
- carrying out data sorting and analysis to enable the Company to better understand your characteristics and buying behaviour and to provide other services better tailored to your needs, and to assist the Company in selecting products or services that are likely to be of interest to you;
- providing you with regular communications with details of the program being organized by the Company;
- designing new or improving existing services provided by the Company, the Company’s affiliates or the Company’s Partners to you;
- investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transactions and research for service improvement;
- prevention or detention of crime;
- disclosure as required by law;
- aggregated behavioural analysis.
- With your consent, we would also like to use your Personal Data (including your name, contact number, address and email address and other information you have provided to the Company in registering the product warranty or the Company’s program) for direct marketing to you (whether by post, email, phone, SMS or the like) in relation to:
- offers and promotions from the Company, the Company’s affiliates and the Company’s Partners;
- offer and promotions from third party merchants that the Company cooperate with.
- The Company may disclose and transfer (whether in Malaysia or abroad) to the Company’s agents or contractors under a duty of confidentiality to the Company who provide administrative, data processing, research and marketing, distribution, telecommunications, professional or other similar services to the Company and to any of the Company actual or proposed assignees or transferees of the Company’s rights with respect to you in connection with a merger, sale or transfer (whether of assets or shares), to use, hold, process or retain such Personal Data for the purposes mentioned.
- This information is necessary for the Company. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the Company with complete and correct Personal Data, the Company may not be able to keep complete information about you, thus affecting the Company’s capacity to accomplish the above stated purposes.
