Return(s) / Cancellation Policy
- In2live reserves the right to hold or cancel any order with prior notice when deemed necessary.
- In2live will proceed with cancellation should below circumstances occur:
- The item is not / no longer available
- Payment failed or not received
- Payment information could not be verified
- Pricing disputes arise
- Cancellation initiated by customer
- The order cannot be shipped to the address provided or where the shipping address could not be verified
- Violation of in2live’s Terms and Conditions
- Return is accepted if returned within 7 working days of receipt date (as proved by the postal or courier receipt) provided the following conditions:
- Return initiated by customer due to the following reasons:
- Incomplete item(s) (e.g. incomplete sets, incomplete parts)
- Item(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched), excluding of item(s) marked with display set or clearance item
- Faulty item(s) (e.g. malfunctioned, cannot be used)
- Returned item(s) along with all original parts and accessories (including all free gifts, vouchers, manuals, warranty cards, as well as internal protective foams) must be in good condition with all original packaging (including invoice).
- The item must be new in condition which means it is sealed in packaging, and does not show any sign of use.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received.
- Properly packed to ensure a safe return shipping.
- Returned item(s) do NOT fall under the list of non-exchangeable and non-refundable item(s).
- Return initiated by customer due to the following reasons:
- Upon cancellation / return, refund will be processed accordingly and might take up to 14 working days.
- In2live reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed to be unfit or unreasonable.

How do I return my order?

How long will it take to get my refund?
We will process your refund if your return is valid upon evaluation and inspection. Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction. It usually will take within 3 to 14 working days depending on our partnering banks. Refund based on your payment mode and may required to enter additional information.
Will you pay for the return shipping charges?
- We will arrange courier service to pick up your purchase if the product delivered to you is shown defective (provided video as evidence) within 7 working days of the receipt date.
If the item is returned for any other reason within and/or after 7 working days of the receipt date, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
